Purpose & Accountabilities

THIS POSITION IS A MATERNITY COVER FOR 9 MONTH

• The purpose of this job is to execute Shell Select format & customer offer requirements on site & develop Select’s shopping experience inline with format strategy.
• Support internal & external stakeholders to implement local format within budget and timeframe specified in the monthly plan.
• Creates/Designs site specific layout plans of Shell Select Shop layout format at Dealer and Company operated sites.
• Manages relationship and negotiate Suppliers to achieve cost-effective contract management together with local procurement team.
• Prepares & Track all the Shell Select contracts properly for current and upcoming sites & projects.
• Tracks of Roll-Out Status & Coordinate Engineering team and Suppliers (Shelves, Chiller, Kitchen etc.) accordingly
• Responsible for contract management of Capital expense contracts and spending budget.
• Closely follows income levers from the network
• Write Business Case and ROI analysis for spendings
• Visit & evaluate potential sites for Shell Select with other stakeholders

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Retail Business experience
• Understanding of Dealer Envioriment&Dynamics
• Strong Relationship management and communication skills
• Analytical and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• Proactive attitude
• Change management
• Sales/trade marketing/marketing experience is a plus
• FMCG/Retail experience is a plus
