We are looking for a self-motivated & enthusiastic individual to join our team to be a true enabler for the business. We are looking for a candidate with multiple years of experience in financial accounting, knowledge of IFRS, ideally in a manufacturing/production work environment. This position will report directly to Head of Finance (CFO) and be an advisor to the business within the cluster responsible for 5 business sites and 2 countries of the cluster in making decisions by providing them with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership
• Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with analysis of variances (actuals vs. plan/forecast).
• Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
Cost Control & Analysis
• Monitor manufacturing cost structures including standard costing, variances, and inventory valuation.
• Analyze production metrics, material usage, labor, and overhead absorption.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with production and supply chain teams.
Reporting & Compliance
• Contribute to monthly closing process
• Prepare and present timely financial reports to local and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements (IFRS/GAAP/local).
• Contribute to internal and external audits process.
Business Partnering
• Support capital investment decisions with business case analysis and ROI modeling.
• Participate in strategic projects (automation, expansion, ERP upgrades, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related fields (business administration, finance, accounting, economics, management engineering, statistics, etc.)
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, prior controlling and audit experience preferable,
Strong IFRS knowledge, financial analysis skills, group reporting experience and attention to detail,
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PPT) applications,
SAP ERP, Tagetik (or other consolidation tool) and Power BI familiarity would be a plus
Proactive, target-oriented, open-minded, and with a good business acumen.
