Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

·       3+ years of experience in continuous improvement projects

·       Six Sigma certification preferred

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

·       Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the organization

·       Lead and facilitate improvement projects, working with cross-functional teams

·       Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in operations

·       Analyze data and track progress to ensure successful project outcomes

·       Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement principles and methodologies

·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.)
