We are a multinational company located in Tuzla/Istanbul. We are looking for a 'Treasury and Financial Analyst', who will report to Head of Finance.

 Job Description:

• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, bank/Treasury systems and bank cost information

• Prepare bank orders and responsible for managing all daily banking operations along with managing bank accounts and relation with banks and financial institutions

• Execute day-to-day Cash Management

• Preparation of daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly Actual and Estimated Cash Flow 

• Preparation of Treasury Reports (weekly overdue reports, forward aging reports, ad-hoc reports to follow collection performance)

• Doing weekly liquidity report for group’s corporate finance treasury department

• Daily bookkeeping of all bank transactions in SAP

• Doing preparation for letter of guarantees and letter of credits and ensure for concluding together with following of bank limits

• Conducts month-end closing activities like bank account reconciliations, proper clearing for all open items etc.

• Realizing cheque transactions, (collection, endorsement, draw, security, return, payment) controlling them and making related records in SAP

• Evaluate and authorize credit limits of the customers with support of the superior

• Making customers’ risk assessments and determining, updating their credit and risk limits

• Monitoring overdue debts and inform all related departments 

• Improve the collection and payment methods (DDS, POS etc.)

• Taking responsibility of blocking/unblocking the orders in line with credit limit instructions by HQ

• Running automatic payment program in SAP, preparing and realizing domestic, foreign and IC vendor payments in accordance with maturity

• Planning company's payment schedule and ensure implementation

• Ensure that payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Monitoring and reporting the developments in Turkish and International Financial Markets

• Realizing petty cash transactions and making related records into ERP system

• Providing necessary help for internal and independent audit process when needed

• Supports accounting staff in coordination of financial matters under the supervision of Head of Finance

• Engage in SAP Project implementations

• Independent management of Finance related Projects

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from a reputable university

• Fluency in both written and verbal English

• Minimum 5 years work experience in treasury/cash management  in a multinational environment

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency and hands on experience in Microsoft Office Tools especially in  Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP, Visual Basic and Power BI experience is a plus

• Proficiency in Accounting

• A high potential with proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking and strong perceptive skills

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Results focused and, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard-working

• Able to work in a complex and fast paced environment

• Ability to handle responsibility
