Smart Infrastructure Distribution Systems (SI DS) Medium Voltage Switchgear Factory (Gebze) is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears (AIS) in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide! We are searching for a Factory Acceptance Test Engineer (FAT) in our quality control team! The role will support Order Managers and Customers for medium (MV) and low voltage (LV) switchgears during FAT in Gebze Factory.

What are my responsibilities?

Leading FAT activities in coordination with different partners and being the contact person for the Project Managers and End-Customers during the FAT of MV and LV switchgears.

Supporting technical questions and requests of customers related orders.

Supporting different partners (Order Manager, Global Customer Care).

Coordinating the punch list with Order Management.

Reporting First Pass Yield at FAT and customer satisfaction.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Min 2 years’ experience in low and medium voltage products, IEC standards and related tests applied in AIS.
• Knowledge of DS portfolio.
• Knowledge of products and processes of the located factory/operation.
• Speaking Turkish & English is a must, German is an asset.
• Strong communication skills.
