QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Siemens Gebze Medium Voltage Switchgear factory is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide. We are looking for a ‘Part Time Working Student(MV Order Management) ‘ for supporting project managers in all related MV Order Management Processes.
What are my responsibilities?
• Follow-up project (order) management and manufacturing processes of MV Switchgear orders,
• Establish and monitor the project (order) plans,
• Coordination and collaboration with factory intern groups.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• 3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineer or a related area,
• Able to work 3 days/week in Gebze or remotely,
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English, German is an asset,
• Advance level of MS Office Applications; especially Excel, PowerPoint,
• Know-how in digital tools and ability to implement new ones for improving the process,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis,
• Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with strong communication skills.
