QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Regional Solutions and Services (RSS) Business Unit in Istanbul, we are looking for a Part Time Working Student (Service Data Management Specialist). This role will be responsible for supporting the Smart Infrastructure RSS Service Operations & Excellence group Installed Base (I-Base) Management structure.

What are my responsibilities?

• Analyze, consolidate and improve I-Base Data in the software system,

• Prepare new I-Base Structure in-line with global tools,

• Support Service Operations Group for any planning, supply and reporting tasks within defined tools; follow-up on action items,

• Applying quality standards, processes, tools, and templates in line with requirements,

• Managing of requests from different stakeholders (internal or external),

• Set up regular meetings with stakeholders and track actions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Electrical&Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or Associate’s Degree in related departments of faculties,

Able to work minimum 2,5 days within the week in Kartal office or remotely,

Analytical thinking, working for team, using own initiative in critical paths,

Good command of Turkish&English,

Good command of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel),

Good communication skills.
