Then come and join our global team as SCM Controlling, Process and Performance Management Responsible to mainly ensure that company utilize strategic and operational procurement standards, policies, guidelines, procedures , tools and enable the cooperation with EUR1  and CEET  

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for standardization, harmonization and modeling of procurement processes company wide and alignment with parties by analyzing requirements and obligations. Checking and defining agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and their implementation. Analysing and deriving measures (analysis of weaknesses, testing/implementation of specified procurement & logistics potentials, competence structures) to create transparency and improve processes in procurement and logistics activities.
• You will be responsible for development, implementation and documentation of a QM system in the business unit based on international quality standards, Siemens quality management, the process framework of the business units and quality-related customer requirements. Agreement of relevant international topics concerning the QM system with departments' quality managers. Performing QMiP (Quality Management in Projects) function in Projects. Ensuring process alignment in Projects
• You will be responsible for ensuring the CCM is functioning in desired way, analytics are up-to-date and getting the alerts closed in proper way
• You will be responsible for coordination of supplier assesment to have an up-to-date knowledge base of supplier performance. Perform regular analysis, using appropriate methods of supplier quality KPIs and coordinate set up of Supplier audit programs
• You will be responsible for entering CNI data to related tool and monthly follow up during the fiscal year

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Very good command of English.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Controlling and Reporting and other related fields.
• Being advanced in working with related tools and systems such as MS Office, SAP, web applications etc
