• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science
• 5 years of work experience as an end-to-end product manager
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Skilled in delivering customer focused web and mobile applications from concept wireframes and designs through development, launch and ongoing maintenance and analysis
• Strong understanding of web technologies and UX / UI design
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and analytical mind
• Background in online advertising or marketing industry is a big plus
• Passionate about online products and strive for perfection
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Male candidates should have no military obligations

İŞ TANIMI

• Collect requirement analysis of business goals, customer needs, identify market opportunities, communicate these using presentations, wireframes, user stories.
• Define and understand the big picture and define requirements from a business and customer/user perspective.
• Take ownership and responsibility to launch new features, coordinating the work-flow and supervise with entire IT teams.
• Identify product milestones, plan product roadmap.
• Prioritize and conceptualize new features, defects and bug fixes; Analyze, identify and prioritize items in the product backlog.
• Continuously improve the existing product by building iterative improvements on a weekly basis while measuring the impact on all relevant KPIs.
• Collect required product content, media and assets.
• Manage business relationships with respective 3rd parties.
• Constantly monitor existing products, use qualitative and quantitative data to improve them.
• Measure and evaluate solutions for value and opportunities.
