QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sintan Kimya is the only one in Turkey producing synthetic tanning chemicals and one of the main producers in the world, located in IZBAS free zone in Menemen, Izmir.

Currently exporting many countries and growing this international arena by increasing the production capacity.

We are looking for an "Executive Assistant" to assign to our company in İzmir free zone, which always aims to provide the highest quality products and service to its domestic and international customers with the qualifications below;

Graduated from a university,

Having at Least 3 Years of Experience as an Executive Assistant,

Good command of written and spoken English (Proficiency in second foreing  language is a plus),

Good level of Using Ms Office,

Should have a sound knowledge import and export sales.

Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills,

Effective Organizational Skills, With a Demonstrated Attention to Detail and the Ability to Handle Multiple Priorities in a Fast Paced Environment,

Strong communication and organizational skills,

Self-Motivated, Detail and Result Oriented, Willing to Take Responsibility

Dynamic, initiative taker and presentable,

Be a problem solver, able and overcome challenges

Coordinating daily / weekly / monthly travel and business program of the related Executive

Performs  related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning and conserving time

Prepare reports, presentations and searching specific subjects under General Manager’

Should have a valid driving license and able to travel based on company needs

To reside in Çiğli, Menemen, Karşıyaka.
