Export Operation Responsible

We are looking for an “Export Operation responsible” for our company in İzmir free zone  with the qualifications below;

Job Description

 ·        Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulation and logistics procedures

·        Checking, analyzing and following export containers tracking reports

·         Fluent in  English verbal and written

·        Reporting weekly  vessel  plans to manager and production

·        Having good knowledge, CIF, EXW, LC, codes including temporary admission, internal transaction.

·        Keeping original custom documents safely in the archive. Coordinate with custom consultants, custom officers, Suppliers and Forwarders.

·        Preparing export documents ( packing list, delivery order, bill of lading, etc. and taking copies for future reference

·        Tracking local legislation changes on foreign trade and updating relevant parties on time.

·        Tracking financial transactions with all customs.

·        Tracking, reporting the expense closure files for customs and confirming with the accounting department.

·        Regular follow up with customer based on company needs.

·        Should have a sound knowledge of the export process of all commodities,

Qualifications

 ·        Graduate from , economics,  business administration or foreign trade

·        4 years Experience in foreign trade area is an asset

·        Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups i.e. interface and engage with challenging internal customers and international suppliers in a constructive manner

·        Analytical thinking with data analysis capability

·        Fluent in English language verbal and written communications skills,

·        Should have ability in management of customer needs.

·        Should have a valid driving license (B Class) and able to travel based on company needs

·        Preferably good knowledge on NETSIS and SBUP process

·        Should have a sound knowledge export sales.

·        To reside in Çiğli, Menemen, Karşıyaka.
