Scope 

• Organize and perform personal trainings in the Fitness set up to the Six Senses Spas standards detailed in the Spa Manual. 
• Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately. 
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Spa Management. 
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Fitness department. 
• Supervise classes and create fitness plans for guests. 
• Enforce all fitness facility policies, rules and regulations. 
• Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition. 
• Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments. 
• Assist in providing departmental orientation to newly recruited staff. 
• Lead fitness classes in exercises and/or instruct personal training guests 
• Check set up daily operations of the Spa according to Six Senses Spas standards. 
• Monitor usage of products. 
• Keep regular accounting for accurate product levels of supply ordering. 
• Teach the correct fitness methods depending on the equipment used. 
• Plan programs around the skill levels of the guest. 
• Monitor the well-being of all guests. 
• Encourage guests to continue with exercises and make healthy choices. 
• Personally log all product recommendations. 
• Participate in regular in-service training sessions. 
• Exercise regularly to maintain fitness level. 
• Request and collect the stock of supplies necessary for the gym and activity room. 
• Stock up the treatment rooms with the necessary supplies. 
• Lead and motivate all fitness hosts to a level of service which exceeds all guests’ expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all treatments are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated. 
• Generate creative ideas or solutions to problems. 
• Use information to enhance team performance. 
• Show enthusiasm and motivation at all times. 

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in physical education preferred. 
• Fitness Instructor certification.
• Five years of experience or more of fitness or health club experience within a luxury lifestyle brand, preferably in a senior role. 
• Excellent command on both English and Turkish. 
• Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial. 
• Have experience in a luxury lifestyle brand. 
• Fitness equipment instruction and operation 
• Excellent English speaking and writing 
• Both fitness training and employee training background 
• Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principles. 
• Group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm.
