We are looking for a highly motivated "Project Manager (EPC)" for our Headquarter office to strengthen our Project Management team.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics faculties from reputable universities
• At least 7 years of field experience in Power Plant projects, especially in Solar farm projects
• Strong know-how in preparing Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Project Quality Procedures guarantees compliance with contractual requirements and ISO Standards
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Being able to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings specifications
• Strong computer literacy
• Having a driving license and being an active driver is a must
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• A second foreign language is a plus such as French/Spanish/German
• Being flexible in working hours and having no travel restrictions domestically and internationally
• Completed military service for male candidates

Job Description

• Quality checking of site work and performing inspection of the Project material / Components Checking / Inspection of the Site Execution work
• Monitoring that proper quality standards are maintained at sites
• Implementing and leading claim management and opportunities consistent with the strategy
• Reporting the project progress and financial situation to the Project Management Office and also ensuring that all members of the Project Team are involved
• Guaranteeing the achievement of cost, margin, and time goals
• Giving feedback on significant problems, ensuring corrective actions and a proactive approach to prevent mistakes
• Organizing necessary Progress reviews in particular for proper integration between the various functions
• Providing the quality level is in line with the customer's expectations
• Conducting field investigations and commissioning electrical systems at the power plant
• Providing the necessary periodical reporting and coordination with the other business units
• Reporting of department KPIs in a weekly/monthly period
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performing work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment
