QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
- Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgement.
- Ability to focus attention on details.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations.
- Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time
- Knowledge of Opera PMS System
- Presentable
- Good communication skills
- Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish
- Experience on corporate field who has existing database
İŞ TANIMI
- To ensure that previously set sales targets are reached by conducting effective sales meetings.
- To continually look for potential clients for the Hotel and have meetings with potential agents, corporate accounts etc.
- Be fully aware of the booking situations, and communicate the reservation agents in order to maximize the Hotel Sales with the highest possible Average Room Rate.
- To maintain effective working relationships with guests/members and clients in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate business for the future. Identify their needs and ensure their repeat business.
- To reply to corporate requirements within 24 hours. Ensure that Incoming Faxes and e-mails requiring a reply are answered with minimum delay, and whenever possible the same day of received. Maximise sales by delivering a pleasant and efficient answers by phone, post and e-mail, whilst meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
- To ensure that customer data is updated
- To prepare detailed weekly reports (such as sales activities, statistics, production, progress reports) for the House Relationship Manager
- To fulfil additional duties given by the upper management within the framework of Hotel regulations and policies.
