We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Customer Service sector.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that our service standards are met.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure that customer needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments.
- At least 2 years, up to 10 years of experience in a Service Coordinator position.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calmness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage service activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on service activities and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in contract negotiation and management.
- Utilize analytical thinking to forecast service needs and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to the development of service strategies and initiatives.
