Senior Specialist, Production Planning

Your key responsibilities 

 • Collaborate with the sales department to determine customer needs 

• Follow up equipment, materials and requirements for each work order 

• Developing a production program which is detailing all tasks and completion date 

• Follow the production plan and the progress of the project 

• Cooperate with production and purchasing departments to identify and solve production planning problems 

• Assist employees in solving problems and machine failures 

• Make process improvements for inventory, production and production control systems to meet business objectives 

• Organizing project documents and keeping records 

• Follow production and raw material costs 

• Collecting and evaluating data on production 

• Prepare reports about production processes to the top management and to provide information to increase productivity 

• Ensure that team members follow company policies and security procedures 

• Able to have knowledge of ERP processes and prepare projects for its development 

 What we are looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments; preferably Industrial Engineering 

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position 

• English fluency required 

• High level of PC Skills required 

• High level of expertise using Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Highly skilled on time management and follow-up 

• Higly skilled on problem solving 

• Excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organize and implement concurrent tasks
