Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for design, development, and refinement of mechanical components and sub-systems to meet quality and regulatory standards, and customer needs
•  Works with little to no supervision for performing their duties 
• Knows and applies the fundamental and some advanced concepts, practices and procedures of mechanical engineering design 
• Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments 
• Develops sub-system level design strategies and may lead design, development, testing refinement of components and sub-systems according to internal and external standards 
• Usually works with minimum supervision
•  May be assisted by other engineers Demonstrates developing technical leadership skills inter-departmentally
• Keeps supervisor informed regularly on status of work 
• Assignments may be broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity 
• Latitude for action and decision 
• Reports observations/problems clearly and concisely, recognizing and highlighting specific deviations and presents possible solutions 
• Recommends changes in procedures and processes 
• Demonstrated knowledge of the project management fundamentals 

What are we looking for? 

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field 
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of design or related experience
•  Has launched product critical sub-systems and demonstrated impact to an organization
• Must have strong Industry 
• Knowledge Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) 
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Able to relocate and/or live in Kayseri
