Sales & Marketing support for the local Turkish Sales Team

Supporting the process to define yearly events to attend in coordination with Local Sales & Marketing team and following up the Needs Assessment approval process with marketing, compliance and finance departments 

Supporting local team both in national, international and 3rd Party events, including; 

• Communication with KOL & participants 
• Finding & communicating with right contacts both in local & international colleagues & finding right sources to organize & execute the event 
• Preparation of required compliance documents & agreements with the KOLs, facilities, suppliers etc. 
• Following up the process with MoH for event and supporting HCPs registrations and getting required approvals 
• Defining and providing marketing and promotional materials to be used during the events (including all logistics arrangements and vendor relations) 
• Work with Marketing and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget. Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, working closely with Finance team. 
• Gathering event evaluation forms & creating basic reports based on the evaluation forms 
• Document, track & follow-up training activities attended by all Sales & Marketing staff including distributors

Internal T&E Organizations 

• Responsible for organisation of key intercompany travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings , local familiarization 
• Ensure that company business meetings & internal communication activities are organised timely and appropriately 

Job Specification 

•  University Student (3rd or 4th grade) or a new graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences
• Fluency in English 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
