Who Are We?

We are looking for a creative copywriter to join our marketing team at SuperPay. As a fast-growing startup, we are looking to expand our marketing team with a vision of reaching our audience with the right message at the right time and place. We are a multinational team, and we consider ourselves people-centered creatives, who like to make great stuff but leave our egos at the door. Now we need more like-minded idea generators, critical thinkers, and doers who want to understand what people need and how we as a brand can communicate using the right tone.

As a copywriter in our Marketing Team, your projects could range from the launch package for a new product, to conceptualizing campaigns for SuperPay and its subsidiaries on web and social media, to taking part in brainstorming sessions and working with relevant teams to create meaningful communication materials.

Qualifications

Who You Are?

You’re a wordsmith that can master the SuperPay brand’s voice, and adapt it to a variety of topics and channels. You’re comfortable working in – and leading – creative teams and processes, turning strategies and briefs into innovative communication concepts. You can communicate with agencies and provide them with briefs that are comprehensive and make sure the material they deliver is up to speed.

As an experienced creative, you can juggle multiple projects, manage your own workload, and meet your deadlines. But you’re also willing to lend a hand to other team members and copywriters when needed. Curiosity about people’s everyday lives and needs is a must, and if you also have an interest in sustainability, making life easier, and technology, that’s even better.

In this position you will:

Act as a member of the marketing Team and proactively work together with related teams to create high quality and relevant content for our communication channels and initiatives.

Support copy-writing and editorial needs of the marketing Team.

• Be responsible for creating clear and inspirational copy solutions that get the message across and creates an emotional response.
• Ensuring consistency of content and messaging across all relevant channels.
• Participate and contribute to relevant networks and cross-functional assignments.

What you need:

• Advanced level of English language proficiency as well as native Turkish proficiency
• Substantial (2+ years) experience, in Journalism, Digital Marketing, content creation/engagement, and copywriting or similar.
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write clear and clever copy for a variety of subjects and channels.
• Extensive knowledge of copywriting, Strong creative writing and editing skills in Turkish.
• Experience in interpreting business needs and translating this into copy with the right audience in mind.
• A can-do,will-do-succeed mentality
• Digital marketing and advertising experience. Content strategy is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of today’s platforms and the multi-channel landscape.
• A passion for challenging established norms and best practices and doing things differently to create unexpected delightful results
