Import/Export Specialist

SYSMEX TURKEY DIAGNOSTIK SISTEMLERI LTD STI

·        Working in Supply Chain Management department to guarantee smooth import and export operations.

·        Managing customs processes and information flow with customs agency and 3PL

·        Coordinating cash flow for import payments with Accounting Department.

·        Ensuring all necessary documentation are ready for import and export activities.

·        Responsible of documentation and cost controlling of import&export operations.

·        Responsible of order management processes of export countries under company. Entering the orders from export customers to SAP and communicating with headquarter and related parties for the shipment.

·        Measuring and reporting the performance of service providers  taking necessary actions to improve the processes.

·        Ensuring that both import and export activities are compliant with the national and international regulations

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

·        3-4 years’ experience in Foreign trade or Supply Chain Operations

·        Fluent in English

·        Proficiency with MS Office and SAP MM & SD modules. 

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Good in both written and oral communication skills

·        Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency and result oriented

·        Able to work independently as well as an effective team player

·        Male candidates should have completed their military service
