Accounting and Finance Manager reporting to Country General Manager and Group CFO, managing a team of 5.

Location: Esentepe, Şişli.

Qualification

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related area;
• 7-10 years experience in management accounting, including an experience in production company;
• 2-3 years experience as a Finance Manager at a multinational company is expected;
• Extensive Financial & Cost Accounting skills and IFRS knowledge;
• Skill in extensive use of Ms Office Programs; experience in working in ERP-systems, prefarably CANIAS;
• Aware of better practices in the processes and the methodologies relevant to production industry; Analytical thinking; Accuracy, consistency and timeliness;
• Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing);

Job Description

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the Turkish organization, as well as Treasury and cash management of the country operations;
• Ensure that efficient internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with IFRS and Turkish Accounting Standards and Tax;
• Develop and manage budget, cash flow projections and investment plans;
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of results, budgets, financial trends and forecasts;
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives;
• Liaise and coordinate audits with internal and external audit teams;
• Act as primary liasion for banking, attorney and insurance relationships;
• Manage Client Relationship, A/R, collection and Costing;
• The position is located in Mecidiyeköy / İstanbul.
