JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, reporting, training etc.)
• Actively taking part in all HR related projects,
• Creating, keeping up to date, controlling employee personal files,
• Organization and follow-up of orientation trainings,
• Supporting the studies on increasing employee satisfaction and loyalty,
• Preparation, follow-up, signing and recording of annual, excused and unpaid leave, and reporting to the relevant units,
• Supporting the establishment of internal communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities (preferably departments such as Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, MIS or Engineering etc.)
• 5+ Years of experience
• Good command of MS Office applications, good knowledge of excel,
• Able to use English effectively (written and verbal communication),
• Having high problem-solving ability and emotional endurance, agile management experience,
• Having strong planning and communication skills, prone to teamwork,
• Open-minded, creative, focused on efficiency
