Growth Marketing Specialist

Tarfin Flex is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across both digital and physical channels.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, activation, and retention. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity and enjoys building growth engines from the ground up.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a challenger mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments. This person will work closely with sales, product, data, dealer network teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to scale Tarfin Flex's growth.

Tarfin Flex is creating a new way to own products across multiple categories, from second-hand vehicles to consumer electronics and home appliances. As part of the Tarfin ecosystem, we are building accessible ownership solutions for underserved consumersa across Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging advertising platforms.
• Own the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to conversion.
• Create and manage WhatsApp, SMS, email, and CRM campaigns to improve customer retention and lifecycle performance.
• Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments across acquisition channels, landing pages, and customer journeys.
• Track and report key performance metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, and other analytics tools.
• Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through partnerships, affiliates, influencers, marketplaces, and dealer networks.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign concepts.
• Manage and coordinate social media content calendars and community engagement activities.
• Work closely with dealer partners to create local marketing initiatives and increase lead generation at physical sales points.
• Support the execution of offline marketing activities including dealer branding, in-store communication materials, events, sponsorships, and field activations.
• Develop growth initiatives that bridge digital and physical customer experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve acquisition costs and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience managing CRM, customer lifecycle, WhatsApp, SMS, and retention marketing campaigns.
• Experience growing brands through both online and offline marketing channels.
• Experience working with retail, dealer, franchise, marketplace, or partner-driven business models is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
