We are looking for talented and passionate UI-UX Designer teammates who will focus on the designing of digital products & services.    

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role as well as a strong portfolio of related projects,
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc,
• Strong knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc,
• Ability to discuss and explain design options,
• Detail oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics,
• Team spirit; strong interpersonal communication skills,
• Problem solver and customer-centered,
• Critical thinker.
   

    Job Description:

• Gather, evaluate and understand user requirements, business goals and objectives in collaboration with product owners,
• Optimize existing user interface designs,
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions,
• Develop UI mockups, user flows, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like,
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience,
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables),
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness),
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images,
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements,
• Create prototypes for new product ideas and test new ideas before implementing,
• Conduct an ongoing user research.
