International Sales & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and proactiveInternational Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our International Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our international sales operations, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining close communication with our sales team and regular international dealers. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of responsibilities, work independently when necessary, and become a strong, positive and collaborative member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry magazine activities, including planning, communication and follow-up.
• Plan and execute social media advertising and digital marketing activities in coordination with the marketing strategy.
• Work closely with the international sales team and providefull sales support throughout the sales process.
• Provide regular support and communication to our established international dealers and distributors.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports, sales and marketing reports and management presentations.
• Take responsibility for meeting coordination and reporting, including preparing meeting notes, action items and follow-up.
• Prepare and organize sales quotations, commercial offers and related documents.
• Prepare, format and maintain catalogues, quotation documents, presentations and other sales & marketing materials.
• Coordinate information and documentation between sales, marketing and other relevant departments.
• Follow up on ongoing activities and ensure that deadlines and responsibilities are properly tracked.
• Support the team in market research, customer communication and other international sales & marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar International Sales, Export Sales, Sales Support or Sales & Marketing position.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Professional communication skills when dealing with international customers, dealers and business partners.
• Must be resident on the Asian side of Istanbul.
