Deposit & Investment Products Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Specialist/Senior Specialist for our Deposit and Investment Products Marketing Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a top notch university, Master’s Degree is an asset,
• At least 3 years of experience in the Banking/ Asset/ Portfolio Management industry, treasury experience is a strong asset
• Having Capital Market Activities Level 3 (SPK Level 3) and Derivative Instruments licenses,
• Excellent analytical skills,
• Proficient in Excel,
• Experienced in investment products, pricing and investment transactions,
• Excellent written and spoken English,
• Proven end to end project management experience,
• A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered,
• A flexible and adaptable approach to change,
• Ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences,
• Having no restriction to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor marketing strategies of both domestic and global markets to provide insights for new and current product development, positioning, pricing and delivering the most suitable marketing mix.
• Follow-up product and service offerings of competing organizations from determining the benchmark list to obtaining the critical insights, examining and reporting the findings
• Managing negotiation processes with third parties and follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of the marketing plan
• Project management with multiple stakeholders including IT, ALM, Legal and etc.
• Presentation of new offerings to related parties in a persuasive way by reflecting the benefits to the Bank
• End to end project management for adaptation of new products and services to our system
• Adapt the products and services to changing technology and market conditions, get reorganized as needed.
• Participation in the presentation and meetings in the regions,
• Taking part in the customer visits regarding investment transactions.
