We serve furniture manufacturers, joineries, and panel distributors worldwide, with a growing focus on B2B digital infrastructure and export marketing excellence.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Export Marketing Specialist who understands the language of industrial B2B sales — not lifestyle brands. This is an execution-first role: you will own our marketing output across international markets, from catalog production to trade show materials and outbound lead campaigns. You will work closely with the export sales team and our AI & Automation function to build scalable, territory-specific marketing systems. The work requires full knowledge of lead generation that will transform into business. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

–    Own and maintain TECE's product catalog and collection match materials — updated, accurate, and market-ready at all times

–    Prepare all trade show materials: booth visuals, brochures, product sheets, and pre/post-show outreach sequences

–    Develop market-specific pitch decks and one-pagers tailored to regional buyer profiles (LatAm, Middle East, Europe, etc.)

–    Manage and grow TECE's LinkedIn B2B presence and export team visibility

–    Coordinate with the AI & Automation team to automate campaign workflows and track lead performance

–    Design / develop sample kit packaging, visual identity materials, and client-facing documentation

–    Monitor competitor marketing in key markets and report on positioning opportunities

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

–    B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing background — non-negotiable

–    Hands-on design skills: Canva or Adobe Suite — must produce clean output independently

–    Strong understanding of export dynamics and multi-market communication

–    Highly organized and process-driven — TECE marketing is structured execution, not creative brainstorming

–    English fluency (written and spoken) — mandatory; Turkish native

–    Experience working in lean teams where ownership and initiative are expected

–    Comfortable working alongside automation tools and data-driven campaign systems
