Technical Specialist (Short Job Description)
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to support our clients and ensure smooth operation of theSyrve POS platform and related equipment.
What you will do:
Provide technical support (Desk tickets, phone, chat, remote and onsite assistance)
Install and configure Syrve software and POS hardware
Set up integrations with payment systems, delivery platforms, loyalty tools
Train clients on system features and best practices
Document setups and work in internal ERP / Project systems
What we expect:
2+ years in Technical Support / Implementation / System Administration
Understanding of POS or HoReCa systems is a plus
Basic networking and Windows troubleshooting skills
Strong communication & customer focus
Turkish – required, English is a plus
