As TEKSER Technical Ceramics, we provide solid and durable industrial and hygienic floors to many industries basicly as; food and beverage, automotive, chemical, hypermarkets, etc. with the highest quality from one of the best – if not the best – tiling contractors acting globally.

With over 1800 successfully completed projects and more than 2 million square meters of ceramic flooring in over 60 countries, TEKSER Technical Ceramics, which has been in business since 1980, provides turnkey solutions to customers from planning and design to implementation, from consulting to renovation.

 

Now, we are looking for dynamic team members who will share our dreams and add strength to Tekser in order to achieve our objectives for our ever-growing family.

Qualifications & Skills We Seek ;

•             Preferably graduated from Civil Engineering, Economics, and Business Administration Faculties. 

•             Experienced in Sales, preferably in construction business.

•             Having good command of MS Office Programs, proficiency in Excel & Word, preferably familiar with SAP System.

•             Having good command of English.  (Additional language beneficial)

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•             Result-oriented, team player,

•             Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities ,

•             Works well under pressure

•             Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships and coordination with all teams.

•             Military obligation completed,For male candidates

•             Residing on Anatolian side.

 

What We expect?

•             Develop customer portfolio, manage relationships with customers and maximize the revenue by increasing the sales activities

•             Handling price requests and preparing quotations.

•             Examining tender participation procedures and preparing the requested offers and documents. ( Complying with deadlines also with the special demands and formats of the Customer – if any )

•             Customer Relations Management

•             Generating requested reports for the sales activities

•             Being in close connection with Customers and other departments from price request through shipment until project completion

•             Analyzing the market, keeping up with industry and developments, and making recommendations.

•             Participating in local and global trade fairs (if requested )
