Retail Tech Product Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Tech Product Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the implementation of innovative retail technology solutions by combining your technical expertise with customer-facing project management.

You will work closely with local and international teams, manage on site installations, provide technical support, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration and commissioning of Retail Technology solutions.
• Manage on-site implementation activities and provide technical support during project rollouts.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues.
• Collaborate with international product development and support teams.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical consultancy during the sales and implementation process.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel to customer sites when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT, technical support, system implementation or Retail Technology.
• Advanced expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting proprietary software environments.
• Proficiency in the end-to-end "Go-Live" process for complex technical systems in a retail environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve high-level software bugs and hardware-software integration issues.
• Fluency in English to effectively coordinate with international development teams.
• Strong skills to effectively transfer technical knowledge to diverse audiences (from technicians to end-users).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• No restriction for domestic and international travel.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
