We are hiring a Production Control and Planning Engineer to be employed in our İzmir (Çiğli – Atatürk Organized Industry) facilities.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 1 year proven working experience in Production Planning, Quality, Stock and Supply Chain Management,
• Knowledge of ERP/MES systems,
• Fluent command of English or German language, written and spoken,
• Professional knowledge in MS Office applications,
• Strong ability to research and follow-up, successful time management, strong analysis, and reporting skills,
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Experience of teamwork and coordination of team in complex projects,
• For male candidates, having completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years. 

Job description

• Determining the resource usage requirements related to the project and completion of the project,
• Planning, monitoring and inspection processes of projects,
• Carrying out workflow and bill of materials implementation,
• Managing work order processes,
• Making the material procurement decisions required for mass production,
• Conducting the necessary stock control and management studies for mass production,
• Execution of the projects in accordance with the deadlines and within the budget and solving the problems in a timely manner,
• Analysis and follow-up of production KPI results, taking an active role in field improvement studies to achieve KPI targets,
• Recording and reporting of products data,
• Managing and monitoring of subcontractor/supplier activities,
• Monitor compliance to applicable standards, QA/QC policies, and configurations specifications,
• Conducting improvement studies to increase efficiency.
