Your responsibilities:

• Consult and support related departments in requirements analysis and specification,
• Responsible for the delivery of all IT Solutions and Services to Business,
• Collaborate with Business Units and Software teams to determine IT solutions,
• Manage integration process and supporting process together with in-house or outsourced developers during the development and after development done,
• Analyse existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement,

• Writing user stories with clear acceptance criterias, working with test engineers to define test cases according to these criterias and following all test process closely to be sure about product quality,
• Enable Business value and align IT to business objectives.
• Manage third party processes.

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• At least 7+ years experience,
• Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile & Waterfall Methodologies,
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements
• Experienced in SOAP, POSTMAN, SQL,
• Strong analytic and decision-making skills, usage of analytic tools,
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders,
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements,
• Preferably experienced in RPA, Chatbot, customer analytics etc.
