Your responsibilities:

•Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the proper handling and utilization of data. 

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data glossary, standards, and ensure data quality across various business processes.

•Oversee data-related process management, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

•Design target gov org & op model in data domains.          

•Drive roll-out of data gov across all data domains.           

•Own company data domains map, heatmap & KQIs.           

•Plan and coordinate internal and external communications campaigns on company as a data-driven company.           

•Conduct data quality assessments, identify data discrepancies, and develop strategies for data cleansing and enrichment.           

•Implement data masking and archiving techniques to protect sensitive information and ensure data security.                     

•Manage metadata and data dictionary, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data assets.           

•Proficient in SQL and database management to perform data queries and support data-related projects.

What we expect:     

•Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in technology departments with focus on data governance.              

•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.         

•Deep expertise on data quality and data lifecycle management techniques & processes.         

•Ability to prioritize data quality initiatives, engaging overall value and complexity of implementation.

•Hands on experience with data management tools.

•Good understanding of data architecture & platforms.         

•Project management (experience in structuring, leading and following up large transformation projects in complex organiz.).         

•Ability to navigate within the organization and to leverage established governance.         

•Ability to syndicate senior stakeholders around Data issues (Business/IT, etc.) and mobilize them for action.         

•Ability to drive change management initiatives.             

•Vision to define future data state of enterprise.
