Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a university.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Product Management, Business Development, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions for customers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Experience in conducting market, competitive, and customer analysis.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, product positioning, pricing strategies, and product launch processes.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation, reporting, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking for a “Product Specialist” to join our team.

Job Description

• Actively contribute to the development of product strategies, product marketing plans, and product roadmaps.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies for existing and new product portfolios.
• Analyze target customer segments, identify product requirements, and provide recommendations to guide product development initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analyses, including competitor, product, pricing, technical feature, and market positioning assessments.
• Coordinate product-related activities across R&D, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, After-Sales Services, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop pricing recommendations based on market conditions, cost structures, competitive landscape, and customer expectations.
• Define product positioning for new products and services by developing compelling value propositions, sales messaging, and product documentation.
• Develop marketing strategies to successfully position products in domestic and international markets, collaborating with relevant teams on trade shows, events, digital marketing, social media, and other marketing communications activities.
• Plan and deliver product training for sales teams, distributors, and business partners, and prepare training materials and sales enablement resources to support effective product promotion.
• Coordinate technical discussions with suppliers, maintain up-to-date technical product knowledge, and ensure effective information sharing across relevant teams.
• Analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans for continuous product enhancement.
