TELUS International is looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Izmir, Turkey!

The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team, dedicated to find the best talent and staff the requirements of our company partners with the end-to-end recruitment activity, and working towards the agreed company KPIs. 

As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead by example and drive the performance of the Recruitment team to attract, select and recruit the highest quality candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Implement recruitment policies to support company targets
• Develop and maintain candidate databases and collaborate with local headhunter companies
• Prepare Recruiting related reports
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to a motivated team of recruiters
• Lead onboarding process for new joiners and act as a point of contact for all recruitment process

Our Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English language
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant people management experience in Talent Acquisition
• BPO experience will be considered an advantage
• Experience in MS Office
