Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant university departments

- Strong knowledge of export and domestic sales processes, foreign trade regulations, and sales techniques
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Skilled in sales and customer relations, with strong persuasion abilities
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
- Flexible and adaptable to intensive working hours
- Team player, result-oriented, and responsible
- For male candidates: military service must be completed
- Our factory is located in the Gebze region
- This is a full-time, on-site position (remote work is not available)
Job Description
- Manage sales activities by communicating with existing and potential domestic and international customers
- Develop new customer portfolios and achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales quotations, coordinate order and delivery processes
- Attend industry fairs, meetings, and field visits
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare regular reports related to sales activities
