We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resepsiyonist Agent to join our team at The Grand Tarabya Istanbul, managed by Accor.
Job Description
To provide a warm, efficient, and personalized check-in and check-out experience, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure while upholding the service standards of The Grand Tarabya
Warmly welcome all guests and provide courteous service from arrival to departure
Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
Manage room assignments, guest preferences, and special requests
Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Desk, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience
Stay informed about hotel events, services, and promotions to assist guests effectively
Promote hotel facilities and upsell when appropriate
Handle guest accounts, payments, and accurate billing
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and follow up on requests or concerns
Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Review daily arrivals and departures to anticipate guest needs
Maintain accurate records in the property management system
Complete administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous front office experience, ideally in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management preferred
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
Calm and courteous under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera Cloud or similar)
Flexible to work weekends and holidays
Team player with multicultural awareness and a positive attitude
