Key accountabilities 

• Greets all guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant
• Opens doors at the main entrance and creates a memorable first impression for guests
• Maintains a friendly, respectful, and discreet presence at the entrance at all times
• Engages guests through brief and genuine interactions that reflect Gallada’s energy and identity
• Welcomes guests and directs them to the reception or appropriate areas, supporting the host team
• Keeps the entrance area and surrounding spaces tidy, organized, and inviting throughout the shift
• Represents the brand with impeccable posture, a well-groomed appearance, and strict adherence to uniform standards
• Monitors guest flow at the entrance and communicates arrivals effectively with the outlet team
• Checks the condition of entrance facilities and promptly reports any maintenance or cleanliness needs

 General requirements 

• Thorough knowledge of customer service techniques, with a passion to deliver excellent experiences.
• Confident conversationalist always engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent time management and organization, ability to multi-task, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
• Flexibility and capability of working under pressure. Highly committed, passionate, and able to work in different shifts.  
• Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency. Expertise in a different language would be desirable.
