We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, results driven, professional Retail Controller for our team.

Requirements
 

• University Degree in Economics or Business Administration/ MBA is a plus
  
• Fluency in English
• High level MS program knowledge and reporting skills. SAP experience is plus
  
• At least 3 years experience in controlling roles/Retail experience is a plus
  
• Have strong communication skills
  
• Ability to travel
  
• Eager to learn and communicate in international environment

Job Description

• Control stores regarding finance subject like inventory, reporting, loss prevention etc.
• Control all retail stores internal regulations and compliance with official responsibilities
• Review, analyze and prepare charge backs of retail stores
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of stores operations
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with group rules by performing controls and POS audit in on-site visits
  
• Report weekly, monthly sales forecasts and actuals for all brands and departments and monthly store P&L’s
• Monthly retail flash sales and inventory reports
• Support monthly closing activities and fulfill necessary actions to ensure correct reporting by implementing regular checks such as negative stocks, cash, stock adjustments, return, swap operations, price and conditions and maintain other control mechanisms
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed 
  
• Issue timely and complete financial statements
• Coordinate and implement policies, procedures and operations by managing and following Loss Prevention
