Sales Order Processing Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business & Administration / Engineering,
  
• Excellent communication skills,
• Fluent in English,
• Excellent knowledge about order management
• Computer literate (MS Office & SAP SD),
• Some years relevant experience in order management tasks in a similar environment (watch or fashion industry).

Responsibilities

• Receives, enters and follows up all customers order,
• Ensures accurate data entry through intimate knowledge of customer's needs/expectations,
• Informs customers about status of orders,
• If requested by customers, changes or rejects orders for unconfirmed pieces,
• If requested by customers, informs customers about availability and unit prices,
• Coordinates with Distribution Centers and Brand HQs regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability and back orders,
• Informs customers about content of the parcels which are inspected at the customs,
• Prepares weekly shipment report and submit it to Sales Department,
• Works closely with Brand Managers and if needed changes priority of orders.
