Job Description:

• Prepare and manage  DFMEA ,DVP and special characteristics of the projects
• Prepares capex for new projects which means prepare BOM, p-concept, capacity and investment details.
• Estimates material, labour and transport costs for new projects
• Manage the related projects during all project phases and running change periods.
• Organizes new product launching process
• Estimates production capacity for new and existing products
• AQP System entries
• Publishes and tracks engineering changes
• Defines tools and equipments for new products
• Prepares proto tooling&proto parts
• Attends to FMEA activities
• Attends to corrective and preventive actions
• Attends to product development and improvement activities
• Prepares and updating of flow charts
• Prepares and updating of IMDS
• Collects, archives and publishes customer’s technical drawings, specifications and documents internally
• Settles good relations with customers and tracks trends
• Experience in Hyundai project management and design development is preferred
