Position Summary: The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing regional and international launch projects utilizing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process in line with TI Automotive Quality Procedures. This role supports strategic company targets and organizational objectives by leading and tracking project activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving company expectations for project developments and launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer RFQ Management: Lead and support customer RFQ activities according to APQP Phase 1 requirements, ensuring contract and specification reviews are performed and documented.
Project Leadership: Manage assigned projects with full responsibility for timing, quality, and cost from award to launch, ensuring deliverables are met and documented per APQP definitions.
Cost & Timing Control: Monitor project progress across multi-disciplinary teams, identify critical tasks, and initiate resolutions or escalations as needed.
Supplier & Component Coordination: Support specification of subcomponents, supplier sourcing, and coordination of project-relevant activities.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting minutes, APQP documents, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Pre-production & Launch Support: Plan and coordinate pre-production deliveries, tool try-outs, and confirm production capacity prior to launch.
Financial Management: Oversee project finances including CAPEX, tooling, and capital spends; ensure PPAP on time and support financial audits.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main customer contact, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, conduct performance reviews, balance workloads, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethics.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct lessons learned reviews and support continuous improvement across projects.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience in program management, preferably within the automotive industry.
