İŞ TANIMI

• Analyze maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement.
• Execute on all day to day activities of the fleet route plans for operational fuel consumption effectiveness
• Working with HR department to organize new comer employee’s car deliveries.
• Ensure the maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement correction actions as required.
• Prepare management reporting periodically as required.
• Complete special projects on Fleet Management and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain records of the fleet (plate, model, chassis no, contract no etc.) up to date
• Making drivers performance analysis on the system and share with department heads.
• Follow up the traffic penalties, maintenance, km limits, insurance, accident reports
