We invite you to work as a "Guest Assistant Agent" in the Guest Relations department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Bodrum/Muğla region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Turkish, English, and/or Russian
• Strong hospitality and communication skills; friendly and approachable
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and quick in problem-solving
• Responsible, reliable, and available for night shifts (1 day off per week)
Responsibilities
- Work overnight (24:00–08:00), welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist guests with registration forms and support the Front Office during check-ins and check-outs Create WhatsApp groups for arriving guests, sharing essential hotel information
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a detailed room orientation
- Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Record guest feedback, requests, and actions taken in the Elektra system
- Prepare a comprehensive report of nightly activities
- Collaborate with the Night Operations Manager on complex issues
- Maintain proactive communication with Guest Assistants during the shift handover in the morning
