We invite you to work as a "Guest Relation Agent"in the Guest Relation department of our Titanic Mardan Palace Hoteloperating in the Antalya region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.

• University degree preferably from Tourism related departments
  
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and German
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
  
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  
• Computer skills including Excel, Internet, Outlook, Word and preferably Fidelio
  
• Eager to learn and develop themselves, flexible to work in a busy operation
  
• Excellent guest relations, selling skills and communication skills
  
• Working effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  
• Taking responsibilities and making good decisions

• Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
  
• Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and service and use up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when the appropriate
  
• Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required
  
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  
• Attend appropriate training courses, when required
  
• Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity
  
• Follow company brand standards
  
• Assist other departments, as necessary
