Special Services Support (sales)

Job Purpose

Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordinating activities which are related to freight product sales activities, and supporting inside & field sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Data input for all transfers done by sales which are received from region, and coordinating special transports in collaboration with operation teams,
• Complete and timely provision of export loading instructions and safety forms from customers; and on time delivery of related documents to operations,
• To convey the reservation information of the exit goods to Operations on time,
• Preparation of sales support and visual materials needed by domestic sales, preparing daily output reports related with sales activities, 
• Regular update commercial airline price lists, flight tariffs, timelines, aircraft types,
• Maintain data accuracy  on air cargo activities within systems and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from a relevant department,
• Preferably has at least 1 year professional experience in logistics / transportation environments,
• Good command of written and verbal English,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Good command of Ms Office applications,
• Residing in İstanbuı or able to relocate,
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates only).
