Mission
The Sales Executive will lead commercial growth in the Pet Care segment, leveraging FMCG principles and practices. This role combines strategic account management with new business development, ensuring strong relationships with key clients while driving expansion in Turkey.
Additionally, the role will actively support the acceleration of Tolsa’s Pet Channel market by closely collaborating with the local Turkish distributor and strengthening market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pet Care, leveraging FMCG expertise.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term partnerships with major retailers and distributors.
- Define and execute annual commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Work alongside the local Turkish distributor in charge of the Pet Channel business to accelerate growth:
- Ensure the right priorities for Tolsa and its brands are covered
- Follow up and accelerate product distribution
- Reinforce premium in-store execution
- Drive expansion into the supermarket channel, establishing direct access and partnerships.
Sales & Negotiation
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing, manage commercial terms, and effectively resolve issues.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market studies to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Act as the eyes and ears of Tolsa in the field:
- Monitor competitors and price dynamics
- Identify and escalate business opportunities
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, and margins using BI tools; propose improvements.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to maximize results.
- Coordinate and follow up on key commercial execution pillars:
- Trade execution & visibility
- Staff education and brand consistency
- Demand activation initiatives
- Amazon and e-commerce development
- Represent Tolsa at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
Education
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
Experience
- >5 years in FMCG (food, beverages, personal care, or similar categories).
- Proven track record managing Distributors of FMCG and direct selling to traditional shops. Experience in GDO\Nam accounts is a plus.
- Experience in the Pet Care sector is a plus.
Technical Skills
- CRM management (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong market analysis and business development capabilities.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital sales channels.
- Financial acumen to manage client P&L.
- Category Management experience (desirable).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Languages
- Fluent English (essential)
