QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring "Supply Chain Chief" for our Sivrihisar/ESKİŞEHİR plant. The significant point we notice our precious candidates to take into consideration accommodation and moving possibility in Polatlı/ANKARA as shuttle route only begins there to Sivrihisar.

General Education / Technical Skills:Graduate. Training in Supply Chain is a plus. Knowledge of SAP. 

Professional experience:4-6 years in a similar position. Experience in Logistics and Customer Service processes. Experience in Logistics and Customer Service know the sales processes and functions.

MISSION:

Responsible for the full logistic management, fulfill customer requirements while maximizing the plant throughput, optimizing freight and warehousing cost and driving inventory at target.Responsible to provide the best level of service and delivery of customer orders, including production planning, inventory management, procurement management, customer service, and both internal and external logistics/transportation.

FUNCTIONS 

Manage the team to follow policies and procedures to get the goals and objectives.

Selection and retention, communication, development, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions.

Be accountable to develop standards and processes at the Customer Service level to ensure service excellence.

Monitor ageing inventory and take necessary coordination efforts with warehousing/procurement to minimize waste.

Be the point of contact for carriers, partner with the team, and ensure schedule to the best efficiency.

Lead the negotiation with the main transport and storage support items, to ensure optimal supply plan.

Monitoring and optimization of service, delivery and customer satisfaction metrics. Develop strategic reports to forecast product demand and product returns.

Responsible for executing all logistics activity providing an efficient service to customers at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction.

DECISION MAKING

Take decision about the supplier portfolio in terms of service and cost.

Buyers are primarily responsible for the planning, selecting and buying for additives and packaging.

Market research, competitor analysis, product evaluations and testing, monitoring purchase orders and creating reports for the management team.
