The selected candidate will be reporting to the Distributor Sales Manager;

• Managing, coordinating and motivating current distributors network and distributors' sales representatives in line with the sales and marketing policies of the company 
• Following and reporting the competitors’ activities and the needs of the market
• Offering and developing new sales and marketing policies
• Evaluate and re-organize the distributors network by arranging new distributors in his/her territory 
• Being in contact with competitor's dealers and main players of the market in order to develop new strategies
• Following distributors' payments and tonnages through their agreements
• Increasing the sales volume and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree preferably in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of sales techniques
• Dynamic, self-motivated, excellent communication skills
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Fluency in English (French is an asset)
• No travel restrictions
• Valid driver’s license (Active Driver)
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Residence in Izmir
