QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TOTAL is looking for a team member for the following position:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related studies, i.e Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronical Engineering
- 3+ years of technical experience (preferable within an international company)
- Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure; Windows servers and operating systems, administration and maintenance
- Experience with virtualization solutions (Wmware ESX); backup, update, restore and recovery tools (Veeam and Symantec Netbackup)
- Network skills with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and knowledge of Cisco devices (routers, switches, APs)
- Any expericence with firewalls (Fortigate) an asset
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both IT projects and daily problems of end-users
- Eager to learn new technologies and interest to develop innovative solutions as well
- Good team working at the same time independent in problem resolution
- Fluent English (verbal skills to be tested)
- Ability to understand technical documents in English, capable to write technical and operational management documentation
- No military obligation for male candidates

- PREFERABLE;
- MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, ITIL certifications
- ISO27001 experience
- ServiceNOW knowledge
- Prior experience with global IT project and helpdesk environment
İŞ TANIMI
The selected candidate will be reporting to the IT Coordinator.
- Daily monitoring the IT infrastructure, Windows Servers (physical & virtual), Network (Cisco routers & switches) and Security devices (Firewalls), checking the critical routine jobs and reporting any problem to IT Coordinator
- Assisting to the local and global IT projects and actively participating
- Contributing to the local help desk tasks – performing 1st & 2nd level support to users; troubleshooting the problems, escalating when necessary to global IT teams in France, chasing IT tickets&requests closely, regularly following up until resolution with regular updates to clients
- Coordinating soft&hardware IT tools, managing IT inventory and stock, assisting IT equipment and installations (laptop, printer, iPhone) for users, maintaining office IT peripherals and etc
- Documenting the daily & monthly reports
- Acting along with the IT Security principles and procedures assigned by the IT department, reporting any inconsistency, incidents and etc.
- Coordinating the regular IT maintenance services with vendors (e.g. UPS, AC, Printers, CCTV, Telephone PBX systems, etc.)
- Support video conference meetings and meeting room equipment (skype for business, online conferencing services);
- Assistance to the IT team members both at Istanbul and Menemen
- Performing other related duties as assigned
